Very important: Payment must be submitted before Ad email, and no refunds will be allowed. Please ensure that your URL contains no unacceptable content so that you do not forfeit your Ad space and payment. iAdTraffic is the sole proprietorship of the JRT Enterprise. It is maintained and operated by the JRT Enterprise.

 

•  iAdTraffic upon posting, will begin to take orders for business Ads to fill its Advertisement Grids. It will continue to run, and add more Advertisement Grid categories as market conditions demand. There will be many advertisement squares available on an Advertisement Grid to accommodate hundreds of business Ads.
• When you lease square(s) on iAdTraffic, you are not purchasing a section of this website, neither do you own any part of this website. You are leasing space (1-6squares), on iAdTraffic.
• Each lease that you purchase is for one Ad the shape of a square or a rectangle. To lease space for a different Ad, you will have to purchase a separate lease.
• Other links submitted that link to your Ad must be legitimate websites. If the link that you submit is directed to an email, it will not be accepted.
• Links with objectionable content will not be accepted by iAdTraffic. (These include obscene/mature, hateful, offensive, and/or illegal subject matter). By submitting unacceptable content, you will forfeit your Ad space and no refunds will be given by iAdTraffic.
• If your Ad and website is screened and accepted but is later changed to include an inappropriate website, your Ad will be removed from iAdTraffic and you will forfeit your Ad space. No refunds will be given by iAdTraffic.
• All submitted content will be screened and may or may not be approved by iAdTraffic. iAdTraffic reserves the right to refuse service.
• You must have legal authority to promote the JPEG, URL, and website that you are submitting to iAdtraffic.
• Pictures submitted for your Ad must be in JPEG form.
• When submitting your JPEG, size of Ad should be of uniform sides and in proportion to the squares that are leased. (This will enhance the image of your Ad while maintaining uniformity of squares throughout the Ad grid).
• All links submitted must begin with http://.
• Once your Ad is placed on iAdTraffic, no change to the JPEG will be allowed. Changes to JPEG can only be done by iAdTraffic.
• If for any reason you need to change the JPEG of your Ad because of circumstances involving a court decision, you must provide prove of such before any changes can be made to your Ad on iAdTraffic.
• Once an Ad is placed on iAdTraffic, no refunds will be allowed.
• If circumstances by you cause your Ad to be removed from iAdTraffic, you will not be refunded, and any squares you previously leased will be made available to other Advertisers.
• Periodically iAdTraffic will experience down time for maintenance and updates. We regret any inconvenience and will ensure that the site is up and running expeditiously.
• iAdTraffic reserves the right to make any changes to the site and the terms and conditions as it sees fit in order to better serve its customers.
• Payment for an Ad must be received in full before any Ad will be posted on iAdTraffic.
• Once payment is received and your Ad is approved, your Ad will post on iAdTraffic within 48 hours.
• iAdTraffic has been designed and is owned by the sole proprietor JRT Enterprise, a Trademark of iAdTraffic with the initials JRT being that of the name of the owner who has exclusive rights to iAdTraffic.
